Bermuda Cedar Charcuterie Board, Small 1

This board is made from a local tree which was downed because it was already dying and presenting a danger to the property it was on. It has been treated with a butcher block conditioner which makes it completely food safe and also gives it a little protection from water and oils.

To care for this board, simply gently hand wash with a little soap and water. If the board is looking a little dry, you can reapply another food safe finish to it. Butcher block conditioner is great and easily found, but you can also apply food grade mineral spirits. Finishes like this simply need to be wiped on, left to sit for a few minutes and then the excess wiped off.
