Canaan works with over 4,000 artisan family farms spanned across 50 different villages. They are engaged year-round with these communities, committed to long-term partnerships with fair trade principles that ensure transparency, full direct payment, fair prices, and purchase guarantee.
For generations, these farms have given us some of the most delicately flavorful olives, almonds, tomatoes, and other treasures of the earth. Their products are a reflection of this rich gastronomy rooted in seasonality. In the tradition of Palestinian hospitality and in the spirit of fair trade, Long Story Short is proud to invite you to experience these pleasures through this collection of polyphenol rich olive oils, tapenades, and ancient grains.
