
Bouquet Garni (Windybank) Bermuda Infused Salts
As a family run business, Windybank Farm has been around for three generations. Malcolm Smith, a born and raised Bermudian, took over the farm from his father C.H Smith in the late 2000's after decades of working on the farm. Together with his wife, Julie Grayston-Smith, they run Windybank and Bouquet Garni Gourmet Foods. Bouquet Garni Gourmet Foods was created by Julie Grayston Smith in the late 90's as a catering business that eventually evolved into a bottling and baked goods producer. From fresh breads and cookies to dips and jams, Julie makes it all, right in the farm kitchen.

Using Italian coarse sea salt as a base, Julie dehydrates fruits, aromatics, and herbs grown on their farm and infuses it into the salt.
