These ancient varieties of olives–some coming from trees that are thousands of years old–are grown in spacious and biodiverse groves in Palestine, then harvested, cold-pressed, and infused with fresh, organic garlic into an oil with remarkable brightness and flavor.

Since 2018, SERRV International has partnered with farmers in West Bank, providing a long-term trading partnership and interest-free advance payment for our orders. Through sales of their products, 52 olive oil producing cooperatives with 2,000 farmer members across the West Bank receive material support and education on fair trade practices, farming, and quality-assurance procedures. Farmers are also able to invest more in their stewardship of the land, further strengthening their bond with its sustainability.
